Best Deal was founded in 2004 in Tampa Bay, and it started as a two people office. Our strategy from the beginning has been to find a way to add value and lower the cost of the real estate transactions.
We did this by keeping our fixed costs down, creating systems, automating and eliminating unnecessary steps.
In 2010, we started a property management company because we saw a need for it. However, we wanted to do things differently and we offered low cost, no lease fee property management plans. The fast growth we experienced forced us to continue to use technology, streamline and always look for the most efficient way to do things.
We remain committed to offering value. This has been a difficult road because historically low commission offices do not survive for too long. The reason for that is the high cost of leads and other fixed expenses. Essentially a client who pays 6% commission is paying for the high cost of leads and all the properties that didn’t sell. The only way to fight this is by making our listing commission free and trust that people will appreciate and share this.
