Transaction Coordination Flat Fee

The transaction coordination fee is paid at closing. We are able to change you less because for marketing your home we change upfront marketing fees. If the sale is short sale our fee is higher because more work hours are involved in closing a short sale transaction. Here are our fees: - Regular sale $495 or,
- Short sale $1500
Here is list with what we do: - We help you with the contracts; make sure all paperwork is done right.
- Make sure the buyer has submitted good faith deposit with the title company.
- Maintain a working log throughout the transaction.
- Order Condo/HOA docs if applicable to give to buyer.
- Remove any contingencies.
- Keep in touch with the title company, the lender (short sale) and buyer’s agent to make sure the transaction is on track to close.
- Supply lender with everything they need.
- Check the HUD-1 statement for mistakes before closing
- Attend closing.
- Remove any signs and lockboxes.
