Broker Price Opinion BPO $50-$75 Broker Price Opinion (BPO) is opinion of a value of your property. It is done by a licensed real estate agent following the Guidelines and Standards created by the National Association of BPO Professionals.

Flat Fee Property Marketing $250
We will list your property in the MLS and include our full property marketing. We will take photos, install a sign and secure lockbox, answer and schedule property showings for you. We will not represent you, coordinate the transaction, help with the filling out the contract or help with negotiations. Learn More
Transaction Coordination Flat Fee $495 (paid at closing) This is the only fee that can be paid at closing. It includes help with contracts and coordinating the transaction to close. We are not representing you with this plan; we are serving as a transaction broker. Learn More
Full Representation 2% Commission
If you choose this option you will receive full representation, which includes all of the above services. The commission is paid at closing. If another broker brings us the buyer, they will have to be compensated as required by the MLS. If we sell it, you pay only 2%. Note: If we find you a buyer through our lease with option program, our commission is 3%.
