Stan Stoykov and Jana Hristova opened their Tampa Bay real estate brokerage firm in 2004. With an eye toward specializing in new construction, they researched the area’s new homes and subdivisions, scouting out the best deals and most flexible terms. They quickly earned a reputation among the local builders as reliable sources for interested buyers, and established their own unique niche in Tampa’s residential real estate market. By introducing homebuyers to options and possibilities not ordinarily presented by realtors, Jana and Stan’s unique approach to home sales attracts thousands of discerning buyers who are looking for the best deals on new homes.

Jana graduated with a degree in marketing from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia, and joined Stan’s Washington DC real estate firm in 2000. Stan has a masters degree in linguistics from the University of South Carolina, and prior to working in real estate, he served as an interpreter for the state department, working with such notables as Colin Powell and Madeleine Albright.
